Returns and cancellation rights

We hope you'll be happy with your new jewelry - but if you regret your purchase, that's perfectly fine. With us, you always have a 14-day full right of return.

How to return:

1. Send us an email at (info@vinderskov.dk) with your order number and what you wish to return.

2. Carefully pack the jewelry in its original packaging.

3. Send the package back to:

We recommend that you send the return package as a trackable shipment.

Conditions for return:

• The jewelry must not have been used and must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
• Once we have received and approved your return, we will refund the amount to your account within 3-5 business days.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer.
