Returns and cancellation rights

You have 14 days to cancel your purchase from the day you receive your item. If you wish to return a product, you must notify us within this period.

The item must be returned in the same condition and quantity as when received and preferably in the original packaging. Once we have received and checked the returned item, we will refund the purchase amount to the original payment method.

Any costs for return are generally borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
